A Canadian venture capital company (“VC”) needed to find a local Argentinian purchasing agent to help them source, negotiate for, and eventually export large quantities of locally produced Argentinian wine back to Canada. VC’s ideal partner was a Spanish speaking local industry professional with experience in Argentinian export regulation.
